China Tour Itinerary April 16 – April 23, 2010
DAY 1: DEPART USA
Check in and board a morning flight from Chicago to Seattle on American Airlines. Travel from Seattle to Beijing on Hainan Airlines. Our adventure begins as you fly trans-Pacific aboard a wide cabin jetliner. Cross the International Dateline. Overnight on flight.
DAY 2: BEIJING ARRIVAL
Arrive early evening in Beijing, the Capital of China. You will be met by your local tour guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel, dinner at hotel. Overnight in Beijing at Novotel Xinqiao Hotel.
DAY 3: BEIJING
Breakfast at hotel and today you will enjoy sightseeing, visiting the Tian An Men Square, the Temple of Heaven, the Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, Kunming Lake, Longevity Hill, Seventeen-Arch Bridge and Marble Boat. Return to hotel. Overnight in Beijing at Novotel Xinqiao Hotel.
DAY 4: BEIJING
Breakfast at hotel, today take a tour bus excursion to the 4,000-mile long and 2,000 year old Great Wall. Also a visit to the Ming Tombs, return to city for a Roasted Beijing Duck Dinner. Overnight in Beijing at Novotel Xinqiao Hotel.
DAY 5: BEIJING – SHANGHAI – SUZHOU FLIGHT
Breakfast at hotel, and then transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival you will take a bus trip to Suzhou. In the afternoon, enjoy sightseeing to Lingering Garden, Tiger Hill and Hanshan Temple. Visit to the National Embroidery Institute to see silk embroidery. Tonight an evening Dinner Show of the traditional Chinese music. Overnight in Suzhou at Garden Hotel.
DAY 6: SUZHOU - SHANGHAI
Breakfast at hotel, after take a morning boat cruise on West Lake with relaxing stopover at jewel-like pagodas and tea houses. In the afternoon, return tour bus to Shanghai. Overnight in Shanghai at Ramada Peace Hotel.
DAY 7: SHANGHAI
Breakfast at hotel in Shanghai, then sightseeing of the city which includes the Yu Garden, a maze of marvelous pavilions, ponds, rocky works and over arching trees. Visit to the Bund, a famous waterfront park. Business visit to the Pudong economic development zone. Evening attend pre set business meeting. Overnight in Shanghai at Ramada Peace Hotel.
DAY 8: SHANGHAI – BEIJING - USA FLIGHT
Breakfast at hotel and then transfer to the airport for your flight back to Beijing and then onward flight back to USA.
