Bohr, Swift, Hahn to serve on Chamber board

Three local business leaders have joined the Board of Directors of the Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce. The new Board members include, Adam Bohr, McClure Engineering, Mike Hahn, McComas-Lacina Construction and Faye Swift, BlackStone, Red’s Alehouse and Pizza Ranch - Iowa City.

Adam J. Bohr, P.E. is the Eastern Iowa Regional Manager and Partner of McClure Engineering Company in North Liberty. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. Mr. Bohr is an active member of the community and the Chamber. He served on the Iowa City Homebuilders Board of Directors in 2009 and currently sits on the Chamber’s North Liberty Steering Committee.

Mike Hahn is the co-owner of McComas-Lacina Construction. He serves on the Master Builders of Iowa Board of Directors. He lives in rural Iowa City with his wife Julie.

Faye Swift currently oversees restaurant operations of Blackstone, Reds Alehouse and Pizza Ranch, IC. She has ownership in these businesses and remains behind the scenes. Faye is also a professional Realtor with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Professionals where she specializes in residential sales. She has a bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa.

Faye has served on the board of Four Oaks in Iowa City and has donated her efforts to Habit for Humanity.

She is married to John and has two children born and raised in Coralville.
