Don't let your hiring process be a shot in the dark

Hiring should be viewed as a process – and an ideal candidate for process improvement. Many companies are not large enough to have a full time human resource staff, and even for those that do, HR can’t read the manager’s mind of what they want or need in a candidate. Interviewing and making offers can be even more challenging than finding good people. Heidi Schultz with Management Resource Group will share tips and resources for the hiring process on Wednesday, November 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hills Bank and Trust Company in Coralville.
