Sen. Joe Bolkcom, D-Iowa City, hostd a public discussion Saturday, January 21 to solicit ideas on reforming tax increment financing to meet the economic development needs of local communities.
Bolkcom said there is interest at the Legislature in reforming TIF so that it’s more effective locally.
