At some point in their career, all managers will experience challenges in managing problem employees and employee problems. John Langhorne of Langhorne Associates will:

• Analyze an important one-on-one management tool for working will your direct reports.
• Share methods to distinguish between and manage troubled and troublesome people/employees.
• Provide a simple and useful definition of employee competence and a model to help you in your ongoing evaluation of your people.

Join us for the Chamber's final Agribusiness/Bioscience Breakfast Friday, March 16 at 7:30 a.m. to hear from Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey.

The breakfast will take place at Hills Bank and Trust Company, 1009 2nd Street, Coralville. The cost is $10 for members and $15 for future members.

Jon Weih of Kirkwood Community College will discuss the future of the Kirkwood Regional Education Center.
