As the Iowa legislative session ended in June, it provided a few victories for the Business Partnership and the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance’s joint COVID-19 Recovery Policy Focus, including liability protection, funding to increase the pool of skilled workers, and funding for community placemaking projects.
